Organizational Structure & Management: Integrated Development Initiatives has 2 Councils- the General Council (GC), and the Executive Council (EC).           i) The General Council (GC): The General Council is consisting of 30 members. The supreme management authority of the organization is vested with thru General Council. All the members are taken from the respective community considering their background and attitude. The GC has supreme power in overall respect of the organization; it forms EC by direct casting vote and or selecting process and provides responsibilities of project implementation, collecting, funds, appointing staff to the EC.           ii) The Executive Council (EC): The is elected by the general council members in an election and or selection process in its Annual General Meeting for a period of 2 years term. The Executive Council is consisting of 7 members and headed by a president. The executive Council is responsible for the overall management aspe

: Formal and non-formal education, water & sanitation, Women development, hygiene promotion, agriculture, beast-rearing, child development, indigenous issues, afforestation, reforestation, technical training, human right, capacity building training, women development, forestry, disaster relief, poultry, poverty alleviation, food production, community-based child education, environment, gender issues income generating program, nutrition & health care service program, youth & adolescent skill development etc. Strategies: Organization in all programs ensures the following issues/strategies as its implementing strategies :   Beneficiaries’ participation & ownership : Ensure direct participation and ownership of our beneficiaries at all stages of development activities toward their empowerment to adjust with their basic needs/rights having overall control of their lives.   Gender and diversity — Reduced inequalities affecting the most disadvantaged women

     Objective of the Organization: To improve the socio-economic status of    the poor and disadvantaged community peoples through undertaking various development activities and to alleviate poverty situation of the community people who are socially excluded. Specific objectives: Supportive non-formal educational initiatives to mainstream children in formal schooling or to prevent them from drop out of school (e.g. tutorial classes). Mission :  To bring about social and economic positive change among the poor, disadvantaged people of CHT by undertaking sustainable participatory rights based and need based development program that will address the causes of poverty and deprivation, HS provides opportunities and assistance to the marginalized and impoverished people of Chittagong Hill Tracts CHT through education and community development programs. Vision: To make a poverty and discrimination-free society and bring the socially excluded peoples into the mainstream
