Organization in all programs ensures the following
issues/strategies as its implementing strategies:
Beneficiaries’ participation & ownership: Ensure direct
participation and ownership of our beneficiaries at all stages of development
activities toward their empowerment to adjust with their basic needs/rights
having overall control of their lives.
Gender and diversity — Reduced inequalities
affecting the most disadvantaged women and men, girls and boys in their access
to resources, service, participation in
decision-making processes and exercising of rights. In this respect
Organization follows its own gender policy.
Influencing opinion — Improved responsiveness
of decision and policy makers to the needs of disadvantaged people.
Capacity building — improved capacity
of organization, local communities and
other stakeholders to tackle the causes of poverty effectively, efficiently,
and in a sustainable way.
Institutions Buildings: for successful implementation of project
considering the focal points of all development activities Integrated
Development Initiatives stimulates the target people for formation of self-help
groups at community level.
Involvement of other stakeholders: Enable to have good
support and cooperation for proper implementation of projects through involvement
of other key stakeholder like- local government representatives, Upazila
Chairman and officials, community-based organizations, traditional leaders,
teachers, religious and social leaders.
Target beneficiaries:
The target
beneficiaries of the organization are socially excluded and vulnerable men
& women, down trodden children, marginalized youth and adolescent and
youth, disabled and poorest community peoples, farmer, homeless, victims of
diseases and disaster.
