Organizational Structure & Management: Integrated Development Initiatives has 2 Councils- the General Council (GC), and the Executive Council (EC).           i) The General Council (GC): The General Council is consisting of 30 members. The supreme management authority of the organization is vested with thru General Council. All the members are taken from the respective community considering their background and attitude.      Origin and came into being of the Integrated Development Initiatives Development IDI Chittagong Hill Tracts is a part of Chittagong division situated at the south -east part of Bangladesh and comprises of three Hill Districts namely Rangamati, Bandarban and Khagrachari, which are hilly, remote and inhibited by mostly indigenous people. This region is distinct from other parts of Bangladesh in terms of languages, religion, tradition, social customs and norms; land and its structure. It is resourceful with its natural beauty but the situation is worse than that of other parts of Bangladesh .
